1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to lotto7 (lotto7.cam). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lotto7 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered through lotto7.cam — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, slot machines, live dealer tables, and promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

lotto7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS card, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or PhilSys National ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on lotto7.cam. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. If lotto7 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, and any winnings or bonuses accrued may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. lotto7 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account details, including misdirected withdrawals caused by incorrect bank account or GCash number inputs.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lotto7 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

4. Deposits & Payments

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches your lotto7 account name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. lotto7 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

lotto7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own service charges, which are solely your responsibility. Deposits are generally credited to your lotto7 balance in real time, but delays may occur during scheduled maintenance windows.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed after your account has passed KYC verification. lotto7 aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method and the processing schedule of your bank or e-wallet provider.

Funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless an exception is approved by our compliance team in writing. lotto7 may request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements in the Philippines.

Any winnings derived from fraudulent activity, technical errors, or system malfunctions are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided. lotto7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards credited to your lotto7 account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" conditions). The applicable multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or inactive bonuses will expire as indicated in the specific promotion details. lotto7 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods or reinstate expired offers.

6.3 Promotional Abuse

lotto7 maintains the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — through, for example, creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account may be permanently suspended.

6.4 One Bonus Per Offer

Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on lotto7 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

lotto7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Bet settlement is final once confirmed by the platform. Technical glitches or connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation or refund.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, or VIP tier. lotto7 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, due to technical malfunctions, or in connection with bonus abuse.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lotto7 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to scrape platform data.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including poker, baccarat, or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through lotto7 transactions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lotto7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any lotto7 content without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lotto7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

lotto7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not responsible for losses caused by scheduled maintenance, server downtime, internet connectivity failures on the player's end, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events). lotto7's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

13. Termination

lotto7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Amendments

lotto7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless a different effective date is specified.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a player and lotto7, we encourage first attempting to resolve the matter through our customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal channels, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of lotto7 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
